I really really enjoyed Everett’s memoirs. Many times I simply thought “Yes! Exactly!” and it made me happy and proud of not compromising on my artistic vision, not giving in to desperation and striving to create something beautiful that simply comes from inside me and which only justification is that it is something that had to get out and that I consider worthy and beautiful and that that is enough. Thank you Mark for this very desperately needed reassurance in the sometimes lonely battle of the creative process.
