Never EVER would I have dreamt that my words would be heard at the UN, but... here we are!
I am deeply, deeply honoured and touched that Brooklyn Youth Chorus have decided to include the song I wrote for them "Truth is told, not fed" at the 2023 Youth Event for the International Day of Peace! And that they also decided to read my program notes before they sung. I couldn't be happier today, thank you for letting me be part of your futures.
If you're impatient, the song and reading is at 1:36:23 but the speeches are very much worth listening to and I am so happy to have my music sit amongst these incredible words of such wonderful humans.
