My songs, or better said, the feeling for what I will do next most of the time starts out in my hands … but not necessarily on the piano. Most visions are indeed visual before they get audible. And sometimes I even get to use those sketches for my album artwork like I did for my debut album and the anchor logo for my EP.

Here are some of those sketches for you to see! Some are paintings, others are aide-memoirs which help me remember a special time, feeling or moment as I don’t keep a diary.

And some of those visible feelings became songs. Of the ones you can see one became the song “Memphis”, another the song “In my dreams” which was originally named “Planet”, both will be on my next album. And another one became the song “Write About it”. Have fun guessing which ones!
